whee yesterday was FUN FUN FUN :D

Finally had a FULL outing with my sec sch clique! Haven't had a FULL one since march 2008 can you believe it :O . We were supposed to meet at 6pm at city hall mrt and walk to suntec together for dinner at Astons'.

And as part of Amanda's bday surprise, we were supposed to lure her to the rooftop of Esplanade and surprise her with the bday cake and sing her a bday song!

Me and huiyi met up earlier at 4.30pm to get a bday pressie for Amanda :) We initially decided to go to bugis and get a present but as we walked to eunos mrt, we chanced upon a gift shop with lots and lots of cute stuff and soft toys! Without much hesitation, we decided unanimously on the uber cute red carebear with an apple on its tummy :D Yes we have the same taste haha. Of course, we are the HUIs :D

We reached city hall mrt station at 5.30pm which was half an hr earlier than the agreed time and so we wandered around raffles city shopping centre and did some window shopping :) Ah body shop is damn cool! Liked the chocolate body scrub, smells awfully nice!! Wanted to buy some body butter and scrub for my mum cos it was on sale but was quite broke. :(

Then me and huiyi made our way back to city hall mrt to wait for the others. We felt quite bored and so huiyi tried to help me to practice for this sat's singing competition. I am going to sing 屋顶 with a choir guy call Xu lie. Ah quite worried that I will 连累他 cos my 唱功 not very good :( We waited until about 645...everyone was late :( then we ran all the way to suntec Astons' and there was a LONG LONG queue :( luckily mj went direct to suntec to queue first while we waited for the others to arrive at city hall. That's the 分工合作 spirit! :D And so we got our food shortly yay!

Wahahah damn embarrassing lol! We were discussing about MJ's marital status on FB. It seems that she is stated as being in an open relatioship with someone. Ah MJ damn funny lah, she said she accepted the relationship cos FB asked her to click okay. Haha so blur. Then she panicked when she realise what she had done but couldn't revert back her original status. We laughed so loudly that we didn't realise the waiter was waiting for us to order. He laughed along with us cos I think he heard our epic convo!

I ordered my usual fav Chargrill chicken, huiyi ordered terriyaki chicken, linli and amande ordered prime ribeye, meng jiao ordered beefy jack burger and zi hui ordered lemon lime chicken :D

While waiting for our food, me, mj, zi hui and linli were coming up with an excuse for sneaking away to collect the cake for Amanda so it won't seem too obvious :) Haha it was quite a success yay. The plan? Zi hui was to pretend to go home while mj would accompany her and sent her to the bus stop on the pretext that zi hui doesn't know how to get there. Amanda, upon knowing that zi hui's going home, would think that there's no bday celebration for her. Ahahahah smart plan right! :D Wah mj and linli damn epic, they invited Amanda into the msn convo while opening discussing about the bday surprise. '''-.- but luckily Amanda seem to be away and didn't realise. So they spammed the convo with lolololololol and hahahahaha and lots of non-related stuff to push the convo down. Damn funny!

Yes we did manage to surprise Amanda! But zi hui and mj got lost and we waited quite long for them :( Mj damn win, broke zi hui's slippers while collecting the cake lol. So in the end we used alot scotchtape and staples and stuff to fix her slipper haha.

Then we attempted to carry the bday girl but she wriggled alot so even 5 ppl couldn't tame her lol. Then it was getting quite late so we took some more photos in the toilet and went separate ways. I think we left at 10.40pm, ah super late!

Took train and bus home with huiyi and we browsed thru the photos during the journey and laughed to ourselves. Ah thanks huiyi for your compliments :D:D:D I am so flattered! <3
Reached home at 11.45pm....

OMG OMG I JUST RECEIVED NEWS THAT I HAVE TO GO FOR SOME SPECIAL KARAOKE SESSION TO PRACTICE FOR THE SINGING COMPETITION THIS SAT! OH MAN IS THIS SOME KIND OF LARGE-SCALE SINGING COMPETITION? I AM KINDA REGRETTING IT OOPS.
